Christopher Robert Evans is a well-known American actor. He began his career with roles in television series, including Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. Evans became famous as the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 movie Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans was also seen in movies based on graphic novels and comic books: TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2013). His portrayal of Steve Rogers as Captain America was featured in his role in Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014 and 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame in 2019 earned him even more fame. Because of his Marvel films, he grew to become one of the highest paid actors around the globe.
